For Internet Explorer:
Step 1: Click "Run"


Step 2: Click "Run"


Step 3: Click ok on the next box that pops up.
Step 4: Click Ok to allow


Step 5: Click Yes To allow the Technician Access to your computer


For Mozilla Firefox:
Step 1: Click "Save File"


Step 2: Double-Click the downloaded File


Step 3: Click "Run"
