Phenominal Communication, A System That Runs Smoothly

We have been dealing with Network People for over 10 years. Their technician responds to our calls right away and will give me a time frame of his arrival depending on the situation and his location. If he is not available and there is an emergency situation, he will send another technician out to take care of the problem and follow up with us to make sure everything is running smoothly. They also remote into our computer system, when given permission and can sometimes solve the problem without having to travel to the office. They also make sure the computer system is running properly and check to make sure backups are running as scheduled. Network People’s response with us is within a 24 hour period or sooner depending on the level of the priority. The communication with Network People is phenomenal. They have my recommendation.

Working with The Network People is always a pleasure. Working with them makes it clear that they honestly still believe that the customer is always first. Being a partner with the Network People really puts the partner back into distribution.
